Solution
IMS provided Project Controls services to TRVA.
- Hosted Primavera P6 for TRVA users.
- Provided Primavera P6 training to partner and contractor personnel.
- Staffed TRVA Project Controls with a three-person team to cover all aspects of cost and schedule management, to coordinate the resources of all the partner organizations and contractors.
- Worked closely with TRVA Management to develop management processes tailored to their business needs.
