he Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro), one of the largest transportation agencies in the United States, relied on Oracle’s Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) and Oracle’s Primavera Contract Management to help manage their “Measure R” project, a $40 billion transportation and infrastructure program.
“Measure R,” the largest transportation program in history, was approved by voters in 2008 to provide traffic relief and infrastructure upgrades across eighty-eight cities in Los Angeles County by 2030.
