. Training facilities open at 8:00 am and
class begins at 8:30. Students should plan to arrive at 8:15. Pastry
and coffee are available at 8:15 AM. Afternoon snacks are also
provided.
Classroom computers have internet access allowing students to access
e-mail via the web. There is no need to bring your computer with you
to
class. Mobile phone usage is discouraged during instruction; frequent
breaks allow students to remain connected with their business.
