IMS will team with you to conduct a "Needs Analysis" to assist your organization in implementing project management.

We will work together with you to discover the answers to the questions who, what, when and where you can benefit the most.

We will determine the existing level of project management support and assess your organization's readiness in areas such as computer hardware, software, systems integration, organizational improvements, and training requirements, that will be needed to successfully implement a robust Project Management infrastructure. At the completion of your "Needs Analysis", you will receive a comprehensive written report of the recommendations. These recommendations will provide the basis from which to move forward.
